Step 2: We Prepare Your Order

Every order is prepared fresh in our Hougang kitchen. Sweet potato balls are hand-rolled using real sweet potato, taro, and tapioca flour. The green bean soup is slow-cooked with mung beans, rock sugar, and pandan leaf. Once ready, everything is flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed.

Step 3: Next-Day Delivery

Orders placed before our daily cut-off arrive the next day. Frozen packs come in insulated packaging.

Step 4: Store and Enjoy

Transfer to the freezer immediately. When ready to eat, pour into a pot and heat for five to seven minutes on the stove, or microwave for three to four minutes. That is it.

When Your Delivery Arrives

Check immediately. Make sure all packets are intact and frozen solid. If anything looks damaged or thawed, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

Freezer straight away. Do not leave the insulated bag sitting out. The faster your packs reach -18 degrees, the better.

Do not thaw before cooking. This is the most common mistake we see. Always cook directly from frozen. Thawing and refreezing damages the QQ texture and can affect food safety.

Use within three months for the best quality.

Self-Collection

If you are in the Hougang area or want to save on delivery, self-collection works well. Place your order online or via WhatsApp, choose self-collection, and pick up at the arranged time. The exact address is shared upon confirmation.

Bring an insulated bag if you have a longer journey home. The packets are frozen solid, but an insulated container helps — especially in our heat.
